Previously, Alyssa was the sole marketing manager for the largest convention hotel in New England, handling all branding, traditional media and digital activations – seven days a week, 24-hours a day! She has a direct understanding of the unique hotel environment and maintains relationships within Boston’s hospitality industry.

Alyssa started her career in Boston five years ago, managing mostly food, beverage and lifestyle accounts at a marketing agency. There, she developed a knack for coming up with creative, innovative solutions that strategically aligned with clients’ objectives. Most notably, she helped to secure an international confectionery brand as the “Official Chocolate Sponsor” of the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, and oversaw its presence on-site. Alyssa also spearheaded several opportunistic campaigns and tactics based on real-time occurrences.

Prior to Boston, Alyssa attended graduated school at New York University and simultaneously worked for a public relations agency, developing and executing high-profile events throughout the city, and securing strong, top-tier media coverage. Clients included New Year’s Eve in Times Square featuring Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber, the week-long TriBeCa Film Festival, and several international movie premieres, such as The Hunger Games and Skyfall.

On a personal note, Alyssa lives with her husband and three legged rescue dog, Ace. She has a passion for travel and is a huge “foodie,” with her most significant memories based around meals. From street meat stalls in Chiang Mai, Thailand, to a Chef’s Table-featured, 16-course dining experience in Lima, Peru, she has no food boundaries.
