Regan Cleminson
FOUNDING PARTNER & Digital marketing director

As the lead for the digital marketing department at RPR, Regan leverages her varied content marketing experience to help brands exceed sales and business goals faster and move effectively. Acknowledged for developing innovative strategies across the consumer, publishing, and lifestyle industries, she builds out full-scope digital presences for emerging brands from the ground up, and coaches established organizations on optimizing digital marketing best practices to scale and generate meaningful outcomes.

Before co-founding RPR, Regan started her content marketing career reporting and photographing backstage at New York Fashion Week, while simultaneously building out her online presence as a travel influencer. She quickly learned the success tactics needed to promote lifestyle brands in the U.S. Translating those skills to a consumer environment, Regan flexed her storytelling muscles with Ben & Jerry’s on an award-winning, social media-driven marketing campaign that took her on a country-wide tour.

Transitioning back to Boston full-time, she then developed targeted university and city-wide marketing campaigns for bike-sharing start-up Zagster, and most recently has served as the Marketing Director for the Boston Business Women, and was a key player in the success of their 2016 Innovation Conference. Simultaneously, she capitalized on experience with social media thought leaders, both on the brand and agency side, to develop a unique approach to influencer marketing.

With a strong understanding of the everchanging media space, Alyssa has a proven track record securing positive coverage for clients, including ABC’s Good Morning America, The Boston Globe, Food & Wine, People, and FastCompany.com.

Previously, Alyssa was the sole marketing manager for the largest convention hotel in New England, handling all branding, traditional media and digital activations – seven days a week, 24-hours a day! While there, she forged strong relationships with the city’s top influencers and photographers, collaborating on first-of-their kind events that drove buzz and awareness throughout Boston. She has a direct understanding of the unique hotel environment and maintains relationships within Boston’s hospitality industry.

Alyssa started her career in Boston five years ago, managing mostly food, beverage and lifestyle accounts at a marketing agency. There, she developed a knack for coming up with creative, innovative solutions that strategically aligned with clients’ objectives. Most notably, she helped to secure an international confectionery brand as the “Official Chocolate Sponsor” of the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, and oversaw its presence on-site. Alyssa also spearheaded several opportunistic campaigns and tactics based on real-time occurrences.

Prior to Boston, Alyssa attended graduated school at New York University and simultaneously worked for a public relations agency, developing and executing high-profile events throughout the city, and securing strong, top-tier media coverage. Clients included New Year’s Eve in Times Square featuring Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber, the week-long TriBeCa Film Festival, and several international movie premieres, such as The Hunger Games and Skyfall.

On a personal note, Alyssa lives with her husband and three legged rescue dog, Ace. She has a passion for travel and is a huge “foodie,” with her most significant memories based around meals. From street meat stalls in Chiang Mai, Thailand, to a Chef’s Table-featured, 16-course dining experience in Lima, Peru, she has no food boundaries.
