Job Description: RPR is seeking an Account Manager to join our social media team in our Boston office. The Account Manager will lead client accounts and work closely with other team members to support client initiatives in our fast-paced growing Boston office.

The ideal candidate will be a creative and fast-thinking social media professional, with an understanding and love for digital marketing, impeccable writing skills, knowledge of social media trends and influencer marketing, an interest in content creation, all while looking to excel in a start-up environment and help build RPR through new business outreach.

The Account Manager will report to our Social Media Director.


  • Develop strong relationships with client contacts

  • Develop, implement, and manage each client’s social media strategy

  • Good understanding of social media KPI’s

  • Manager and oversee all social media content

  • Oversee all social media reporting

  • Stay up-to-date on all social media trends and best practices

  • Understanding of social media scheduling platforms (e.g. Buffer)

  • Work alongside Account Coordinator and Creative Associate to ensure that content is informative and appealing

  • Integrate any relevant Influencer content, secured directly or indirectly from Influencer Department

  • Hire and train other team members as the Social Media Department continues to grow

  • Oversee Social Media Interns, alongside Account Coordinator

  • Provide constructive feedback to Account Coordinator and Creative Associate

  • Assist in organizing and execution of events, campaigns, etc

  • Understanding of content creation (photo, video, graphics)


  • 4-5 years of social media marketing experience

  • Boston-based

  • Avid user of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest

  • Familiarity with the influencer landscape

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Well-organized, able to work with deadlines

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to deliver creative content (photo, video, text)

  • BSc/BA in communications or relevant field

Job Description: R Public Relations (RPR) is seeking a Talent Assistant, providing support for our roster of talent and Talent Manager on brand campaigns and strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage talent media kits to ensure accuracy.

  • Provide administrative support to the talent manager and managed talent including calendar management, scheduling meetings and calls, arranging necessary travel, hotel accommodations and itineraries.

  • Track and maintain talent contact information and metrics on the internal database, talent one sheets and campaign decks.

  • Maintain internal database for active and outstanding contracts for campaigns.

  • Work closely with the talent team on current partnerships to ensure all campaigns are monitored and seamlessly activated, including tracking contract deliverables.

  • Work with the finance department to ensure invoices are submitted accurately and on time.

  • Compile pitch decks for brand campaigns.

  • Campaign reporting.


  • 1-2 years Administrative Assistant experience a plus

  • Previous talent agency or related industry experience a plus (i.e. talent management, brand partnerships, PR)

  • Detail-orientated, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Monitors and reads online media/news and blogs

  • Strong desire to work in talent representation

  • Knowledge of social media networks, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Pinterest
